Four Rebels honoured in 2025 PwC All-Stars

Fitzgibbon, Joyce, O’Donoghue and Hayes recognised after standout seasons

Cork’s strong season on the national stage has been rewarded with four Rebels named on the PwC All-Stars Hurling Team for 2025, following a campaign that saw Pat Ryan’s side lift the Munster Championship and reach the All-Ireland Final.

Seán O’Donoghue, Ciaran Joyce, Darragh Fitzgibbon, and Brian Hayes have all been honoured among the country’s elite.

All-Ireland champions Tipperary lead the overall selection with seven players, followed by Cork’s four, Kilkenny’s two, and one each for Dublin and Galway.

Uachtarán CLG Jarlath Burns said: “To be a PwC All-Star is our highest and most prestigious individual award. It recognises those players who, over the course of a pulsating season, made an impact on our games that helped define a season and will stand the test of time. I congratulate the 15 magnificent hurlers who have been so honoured and salute the clubs and schools and coaches who have helped mould you into the stars you have become.”
