The Co-Op Superstores Premier Senior Hurling Championship league stage is complete, with the final round settling the six knockout places and the three teams who now face a battle to retain their Premier SHC status.
Across the three groups, Kanturk, Glen Rovers, Charleville, Sarsfields, Midleton and St Finbarrs have secured their places in the knockout stages.
Group A
Kanturk finish at the summit of Group A on four points, with Glen Rovers also finishing on four points in second.
Blackrock also accumulated four points but finish third, while Fr O’Neill’s end the campaign in fourth place without a point and a place in the relegation final.
Kanturk’s strong scoring difference sees them top the group, while Glen Rovers’ final-round win was enough to secure second place.
Group B
It was a tight finish in Group B, with Charleville and Sarsfields both finishing on four points.
Charleville take top spot having won the head-to-head meeting between the sides in Round 1, when they defeated Sarsfields 0-21 to 0-19.
Newtownshandrum finish third on three points, with Douglas fourth on one point.
That means Charleville and Sarsfields both progress to the knockout stages, while Douglas move into the relegation battle.
Group C
Midleton were the standout team in Group C, completing the league stage with a perfect six points from three games.
St Finbarrs take second place on three points, with Bride Rovers finishing third on two and Newcestown fourth on one.
Midleton’s unbeaten campaign earns them top spot, while St Finbarrs claim the second knockout position.
Rebels’ Bounty Draw for August has been announced
The Rebels’ Bounty Draw for the month of August took place on Tuesday evening, with almost €30,000 in prize money awarded to 30 lucky winners. 🎉

The Rebels’ Bounty Draw for the month of August will take place at 6:30pm on Tuesday, 8th September in SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Knock-Out stages confirmed of Co-Op Superstores Premier SHC
The Premier Senior Hurling Championship moves into its knockout phase with three quarter-final ties on the schedule. Kanturk take on Sarsfields in Quarter-Final A, while Charleville face Glen Rovers in Quarter-Final B. The remaining quarter-final match pairs St Finbarrs against Imokilly in Quarter-Final C.
Midleton have earned a direct route to the semi-finals and will face the winner of the Charleville and Glen Rovers tie in Semi-Final 1. In Semi-Final 2, the winner of Kanturk versus Sarsfields will play the winner of the St Finbarrs and Imokilly match. The victors of both semi-finals will advance to the championship final.
At the bottom of the bracket, Douglas and Fr O’Neills meet in the Relegation Final to determine which club retains its premier status for next season.

The Co-Op Superstores Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship league stage is complete, with the final standings now confirmed and the knockout places secured.
The three groups produced plenty of drama, with Ballincollig, Aghabullogue, Cloyne, Dungourney, Valley Rovers and Carrigaline progressing to the knockout stages.
Group A
Ballincollig finish top of Group A with a perfect six points from three games, underlining their impressive campaign.
Aghabullogue take second place on four points, with Éire Óg finishing third on two points and Bishopstown fourth without a point.
Ballincollig and Aghabullogue therefore advance to the knockout stages.
Group B
Cloyne finish at the top of Group B on four points, with Dungourney also finishing on four.
Cloyne take first place on scoring difference, with Dungourney in second.
Castlemartyr and Lisgoold both finish on two points, with Castlemartyr taking third place and Lisgoold fourth.
Group C
Valley Rovers finish top of Group C on four points after an unbeaten campaign.
Carrigaline take second place on three points, ahead of Ballymartle, who also finish on three. Carrigaline’s superior scoring difference sees them claim the second knockout position.
