Gaelic4Mothers&Others Festival of Football & Wellbeing Day a Huge Success at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh
The Gaelic4Mothers&Others (G4M&O) Festival of Football & Wellbeing Day recently took place at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, with the event held in aid of the Cork Mental Health Foundation.
G4M&O is a Ladies Gaelic Football initiative that gives women of all ages the opportunity to enjoy the sport in a fun, supportive environment. This year, over 550 women had the once-in-a-lifetime chance to play on the magnificent Páirc Uí Chaoimh pitch.
A total of thirty teams from across Cork participated in the full-day festival, which combined football matches with wellbeing and positive mental health talks provided by Healthy Ireland, Cork County Council.

The event was a fantastic celebration of sport, wellbeing, and community spirit, supporting both the development of Ladies Gaelic Football and mental health awareness in Cork.
The GAA Youth Forum makes its return to Croke Park on Saturday, November 1st 2025.
County U21 Football Championship Draws Confirmed
The draws for the County U21 A, B & C Football Championships took place at last night’s County Committee Meeting.
As per the Master Fixture Plan, these games are scheduled to begin on the weekend of October 5th. Full fixture details will be confirmed in due course.
