Champions Midleton CBS are in Dungarvan to play to play DLS Waterford.
A clash of Cork schools will take place In Watergrasshill when CBC Cork meet St. Colmans Fermoy.
The winners of both Q-Finals will meet in the Harty Cup Semi-Finals.
