See below a basic user guide to get set up on Microsoft Teams . Everyone with a GAA 365 account has Microsoft Teams.

This is a great platform to host Video or conference meetings . Once you get it set up you can share and collaborate and share documents etc and will meet with all data protection requirements etc.

The meeting invite can be sent to anyone so anyone can join the meeting.
