Taking place on Friday, July 4th at the iconic SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, this high-performance session is delivered by the Cork GAA High Performance Unit and is built around the three key pillars of the GameSpeed Framework:

  • Linear Speed (Acceleration & Maximum Velocity)
  • Lateral Speed (Shuffling & Stepping)
  • Turning Speed (Deceleration & Jockeying)
