PREVIEW | Ireland WNT v Slovenia WNT

The final group game in the 2025 UEFA Nations League will see the Ireland Women’s National Team host Slovenia in Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Tuesday, June 3rd.

Having beaten Türkiye in Istanbul last Friday, Carla Ward’s squad now return to home soil for the second meeting with group leaders Slovenia in this campaign and top spot is on the line.

SECURE YOUR SEAT FOR IRELAND VS SLOVENIA

Ireland need to win the game by a margin of four goals in order to finish in first place and clinch promotion to League A with head-to-head coming into affect if the teams finish level on points.

Should Ireland finish as runners-up in the group, they will face a third-placed team from League A in a two-legged Promotion / Relegation Play-Off in October. The draw to decide those fixtures will take place at 12:00 on Friday, June 6th.

Over 10,000 tickets have already been snapped up for Tuesday’s game – where the kick-off time has been set by UEFA to ensure all final group games start at the same time. It will also be broadcast live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
