Premier Senior & Senior ‘A’ Football Championship Final

Get ready for an exciting double-header at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Sunday, October 27th. Here’s all you need to know to plan your day:

Match Schedule:

  • 1:30 PM: Senior ‘A’ Final

  • 3:30 PM: Premier Senior Final

 

Tickets:

  • Tickets are available online at www.gaacork.ie/tickets.
  • U16s can attend for free, and tickets can be bought with a card at the gate.
  • You can also purchase tickets at SuperValu and Centra stores.

Parking:

  • Limited parking is available at Sutton’s Coal Grounds.
  • Additional parking can be found in Mahon and near Páirc Uí Rinn, city center car parks, and Kennedy Quay.
  • Please respect the local community by parking legally.

Stadium Access:

  • Gates open at 12:15 PM for Premium Level, South Level 1, and the North Stand.

Public Transport:

  • Access by bus routes 202 and 212.
  • Kent Station is a 35-minute walk to the stadium.

Facilities:

  • Food counters, sweet shops, and bars are conveniently located throughout the stadium.
  • Match programmes are available at various points.

Other Information:

  • Please follow instructions from stewards and security personnel.
  • Dress appropriately for the weather.

Knocknagree stand in the way of Carrigaline and a swift return to Premier Senior Ranks;

The opening tie at Supervalu Páirc Ui Chaoimh on Sunday 27th October sees Knocknagree and Carrigaline clash in the McCarthy Insurance Group Senior ‘A’ Football final with a 1.30pm start.

Carrigaline are aiming from a swift return to Premier Senior Ranks, while Knocknagree are building from Junior county success in 2017, Intermediate ‘A’ success in 2019 and Premier Intermediate success in 2020.

The Reiteoir on Sunday is James Bermingham, Bride Rovers, who is a very experienced official.
