Are you passionate about Gaelic Football and Hurling? Ever considered becoming a referee? Here’s your chance to get involved!
Basic Level 1 Referee Foundation Course
- Location: Super Valu Pairc Ui Chaoimh
- Dates & Times: Thursday 21st of March and Thursday 28th of March, 7pm – 9:30pm
- Induction Night: Thursday 7th of March, 7pm
- Requirements: Participants must attend the induction night before the course.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 17 years of age or older.
What to Expect:
- Learn the fundamentals of refereeing Gaelic Football and Hurling.
- Gain insights from experienced referees, including All Ireland Referees Conor Lane, Diarmuid Kirwan, Michael Collins, and Colm Lyons.
- Develop essential skills and knowledge to officiate games effectively.
Important Information:
- Garda Vetting: All new referees must undergo Garda Vetting before officiating at any games.
- Closing Date: Monday 4th of March. Hurry, places are limited!
