Can I purchase a ticket for just one match?
Premium Level tickets are not sold on a match-by-match basis. They are only available through long-term contracts.
Can I swap my Premium seat for one in a different location?
Seat locations are fixed for the duration of your contract and cannot be swapped.
Do I have first refusal on renewing my seats?
Yes, Premium members have first refusal when contracts are due for renewal.
Can I purchase extra tickets for games?
Yes, subject to availability. Premium members are offered priority access before general sale.
Does a toddler/child need a ticket for the Premium Level?
Yes, all attendees require a valid Premium ticket regardless of age.
Can I purchase Premium tickets for concerts?
Yes, Premium members get priority access to purchase tickets for concerts at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Is re-entry permitted?
Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the stadium during an event.
Are re-prints available in cases of lost or stolen tickets?
Yes, re-prints can be arranged through Cork GAA. Contact the Premium office for assistance.
