Scór Sincir Success for Cork in Ceol Uirlise & Tráth na gCeist
Cork brought home two Munster Scór Sinsir titles from the Provincial Final staged on Saturday October 28th at a packed Newport Community Centre, Co. Tipperary.
Sráid an Mhuilinn team of Seán Ó Toráin, Con Ó hEalaí, Padraig Ó Síocháin & Diarmuid Ó Dubhda won the first title on offer in the evening’s proceedings in Tráth na gCeist.
Clann na nGael instrumental music group of Aindriú Ó Coileáin, Molly Nic Shuibhne, Davina Ní Chonghaile & Saoirse Ní Chonghaile kept the Ceol Uirlise cup in the County for Cork’s fourth win in a row in the competition.
Chairman of the Munster GAA Council, Ger Ryan presented the provincial silverware along with Cathaoirleach Coiste Scór na Mumhan, Mairéad Uí Fhaoláin.
We wish them very best of luck as they now go forward to represent their clubs, divisions, county, and province at the All-Ireland Final on Saturday 18th of November at the Gleneagle INEC Arena in Killarney.
