Weekend one of Co-Op Superstores Hurling Championship

A busy weekend of fixtures took place this weekend in the Co-Op Superstores Hurling Championships round one!
Exciting games took place across various locations in Cork, including Pairc Ui Rinn, Fermoy, Rathcormac, Mourne Abbey, Rathcormac, Caherlag, Riverstown, Mallow, Ovens, Youghal, Church Rd, Ballymaw, Shamrocks, Cobh, Ballyanley, Ballygarvan, Bandon, Banteer, Ballinspittle, Ballincollig, Castletownroche, Glanworth, Castlemartyr, and Lisgoold. The action was intense, and fans were treated to some fantastic hurling.

Cork hadn’t won the championship since 2018 and had lost in the final over the last two seasons. However, they were determined to put that right, and they did.


The Co-Op Superstores Hurling Championship is kicking off this weekend with Round One games across Cork.
