Cork GAA Convention takes place on Tuesday Night at Páirc Uí Chaoimh

Cork GAA’s Annual Convention took place this Tuesday evening, in SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh. Delegates from across the county will joined to review the highlights and challenges of 2024 and to chart the course for the year ahead.

New Officers for 2025

As part of the convention, the officer board for 2025 will be confirmed. The board of officers are as follows:

  • Chairperson: Pat Horgan (Midleton)
  • Vice-Chairperson: Noel O’Callaghan (Clonakilty)
  • Treasurer: Diarmuid Gowen (Fermoy)
  • PRO: Ger O’Sullivan (Canovee)
  • Coaching Officer: Ronan Dwane (Aghada)
  • Oifgeach na Gaeilge  John O’Mahony (Macroom)
  • Munster Council Delegates: Joseph Blake (Adrigole) and Paul McCarthy (Kinsale)
  • Central Council Delegate: Marc Sheehan (Aghabullogue)
  • Children’s Officer: Donal McCarthy
  • Demographics Officer: Eoghan O’Connor
  • Planning and Training Officer: Susan O’Brien
  • Rebel Óg Chairperson: Peter Watson
  • County Referees’ Administrator: Jim McEvoy
  • IT Officer: Terry Brady
  • Fixtures Analyst: Daniel Lane
